Check out this Wagerworks (IGT) page from their website. Now I love Wagerworks games, don’t get me wrong but honestly this is their “Plan For Success” (Sales pitch!):
WagerWorks assigns each customer with a dedicated project and account manager throughout the deployment lifecycle to ensure successful implementation. Each project commences with an in-depth review of our customers’ existing business and business objectives. This information serves as the context for our work and ensures that all our efforts around creating and launching a highly visible website are directed toward the same end as our customers’ current activities and objectives. WagerWorks also explores our customers’ current practices and inventory as well as the legacy systems that underlie those practices. A legally compliant gambling site requires the same elaborate controls as any other regulated business, so the task of integrating the new and the old becomes a vital consideration.
WagerWorks’ structured methodology is based on best-practice principles for time and resource planning, budget control, communication and risk containment. We work with our customers to discuss and agree suitable principles and guidelines in order to promote closer partner synergy.
Or put another way “You wanna website? No problem! Here take this one, change the colour stick yer name on it and Bob’s yer uncle. We’ll send yer an invoice shortly guv.”
